Фінансова безпека підприємства: сутність та сучасні проблеми забезпечення

Abstract

Забезпеченню необхідного рівня безпеки для функціонування та розвитку кожного підприємства все більше уваги приділяють як науковці, так власники й менеджери. Підґрунтям зростання інтересу до формування теоретико-методологічних основ та практичних рекомендацій забезпечення фінансової безпеки є її трактування як ключової складової економічної безпеки підприємства та ускладнення умов ведення бізнесу в наслідок політичної, соціальної та економічної нестабільності. Динаміка основних фінансових показників засвідчує наявність кризових процесів на промислових підприємств, що вимагає розроблення та реалізації адекватних захисних заходів, зокрема в сфері фінансової безпеки. Сформовано визначення фінансової безпеки підприємства виходячи із суті базових складових понятійного апарату, зокрема «безпека», «стійкість», «інтерес», «ризик» та «загроза». Визначено ключові зовнішні та внутрішні загрози для фінансової безпеки промислових підприємств. Сформовано сукупність пріоритетних завдань забезпечення фінансової безпеки в умовах промислових підприємств. Ensuring the necessary level of security for the operation and development of each enterprise is increasingly paid attention by both scientists, owners and managers. The basis for the growth of interest in the formation of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for ensuring financial security is its interpretation as a key component of the economic security of the enterprise and the complication of business conditions as a result of political, social and economic instability. Official statistics indicate the presence of total losses in 2013-2016 and a small amount of net profit in 2017, which, combined with unprofitability and minimum profit margins, indicate the presence of crisis processes in industrial enterprises, requires the development and implementation of adequate protective measures, in particular in the field of financial security. The definition of financial security of an enterprise has been formed on the basis of the essence of the basic components of the conceptual apparatus, in particular, “security”, “sustainability”, “interest”, “risk” and “threat”. It is substantiated that financial security should be considered as a key component of the economic security of an enterprise; from the point of view of statics, the characteristic of financial condition is determined by the necessary level of resistance to the negative influence of destabilizing factors; from the standpoint of dynamics – activity is aimed at protecting and achieving financial interests; provides for reducing the level of financial risks and countering external and internal threats; aims to increase the efficiency of use of financial resources and reduce financial losses and the likelihood of bankruptcy. Identified key external and internal threats to the financial security of industrial enterprises. It has been substantiated that the role of financial security as such allows us to quantify the impact of threats on all other components of economic security, which made it possible to bring priority to the development and implementation of protective measures in the financial sector. A set of priority tasks to ensure financial security in the conditions of industrial enterprises has been formed.
