Abstract

Проаналізовано електронну комунікацію та взаємодію в інформаційному суспільстві. Електронна комунікація потребує використання сучасних засобів зв’язку, що надають повідомленню машиночитної форми. Для комуніканта і реципієнта інформація існує або у вербальній, або в невербальній формі як письмове, зображальне або звукове повідомлення. Розглянуто зв’язки електронної комунікації з письмовою, документальною та усною. Вербальна форма ґрунтується на мовних здібностях людини і реалізується за допомогою передавання мовних текстів письмовою формою. Electronic communication and interaction in the information society are analysed. Electronic communication requires the use of modern means of communication that convert messages into machine­readable form. For the communicator and the recipient, the information exists either verbally or non­verbally in the form of a written, pictorial or audio message. The connections of electronic communication with written, documentary and oral are considered. The verbal form is based on human language abilities and is realized through the transmission of language texts in written form. The relationship between electronic and book communication is the subject of theoretical study. The knowledge society needs to improve electronic communications due to the growth and strengthening of information flows and the expansion of communication. To gradually improve the process of electronic communication, it is important to take measures to informatize social institutions. Modern communication is a type of communication between individuals and social institutions and requires electronic support. The generated information flow is concentrated and disseminated through the means of communication and interaction of participants in the communication process, the importance of which, as well as the created documents, is effective in the felds of theory and practice. Multilateral network communication during the performance of work duties with the use of information technology strengthens the system of functioning and execution, as the electronic document management system speeds up the necessary cycles and activates the process of electronic document communication.
