Abstract

Дисертація присвячена розробленню концептуальних, теоретикометодологічних і методико-прикладних засад забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах цифровізації ринку праці. У роботі уточнено понятійно-термінологічний апарат забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства. Сформовано концептуальні засади забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства. Розроблено та обґрунтовано теоретико-методичні засади забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах посилення конкурентної боротьби за людський капітал. Сформовано теоретико-прикладний базис цифровізації ринку праці. Удосконалено методичні основи створення інформаційного поля в процесі забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства. Систематизовано фактори трансформації ринку праці. Побудовано модель формування і розвитку системи економічної безпеки підприємства. Удосконалено методичні засади ресурсного забезпечення цифрової трансформації системи економічної безпеки підприємства відповідно до тенденцій цифровізації ринку праці. Розроблено мотиваційний механізм забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства. Створено технологію формування та удосконалення інформаційно-аналітичної системи забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства. Сформовано методичний підхід до оцінювання варіантів трансформації системи економічної безпеки підприємства. Запропоновано науково-практичний підхід до інтелектуалізації забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства. The dissertation is devoted to the development of conceptual, theoreticalmethodological and methodological-applied principles of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise in the conditions of digitization of the labor market. The work clarified the conceptual and terminological apparatus of the study by clarifying the content of the definitions «security», «economic security», «economic security of the state», «economic security of the enterprise» and «social security», which complements and establishes logical connections, taking into account the relevance of the formation digital economy and digitization of the labor market, which made it possible to supplement the etymological-semantic component of the theoretical-methodological base of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise. The conceptual principles of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise have been formed, which establish the levels of digital transformation of the enterprise (the first is digitization; the second is the change of business processes; the third is the transition to a new business model), which forms the basis for the identification of new threats and opportunities and determines the purposefulness of the actions of sub security entities. The theoretical and methodological principles of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise in the conditions of increased competition for human capital have been developed and substantiated, which, based on the traced genesis, provide for functional structuring, with the allocation of biophysical, intellectual, professional and social components of capital, and hierarchical, in relation to the individual («individual»), enterprise («corporate») and the state («macroeconomic») of human capital, which made it possible to identify a number of priority threats that can be countered by the activity of security entities. The theoretical and practical basis of the digitization of the labor market has been formed, the feature of which is the combination of the theoretical foundations of changes in the labor market with the results of analytical studies of the nature and extent of the influence of digital technologies on the activity of the employee, the employer, and the state. The methodological foundations of creating an information field in the process of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise have been improved, which made it possible to identify and organize the threats and trends in the labor market that are relevant for industrial enterprises as a basis for developing preventive solutions in security activities. Factors of the transformation of the labor market were systematized, based on the priority of their influence on the macro, meso, and micro levels, based on the use of the mechanism of semantic networks and elements of predicate logic and establishing the advantages of factors by means of the methodology of modeling hierarchies and the method of ranking and synthesis of a multi-level model, which made it possible to form an information field for the development of measures in the course of security activities based on a holistic vision of changes in the environment of the enterprise's functioning. A model of the formation and development of the economic security system of the enterprise was built, which was built on the basis of the use of a system-synergistic approach, which made it possible to modernize the content of the main components of such a system in accordance with the current conditions of operation and dynamically outline the conditions for the transition to the attractor, which involves digital transformation, which makes it possible to proactively ensure readiness to counter threats and more effectively use the opportunities that arise due to the digitalization of the labor market. The methodical principles of resource provision for the digital transformation of the enterprise's economic security system have been improved in accordance with the trends of digitization of the labor market, which made it possible to compare the options for resource provision common in practice in accordance with the actual needs in security activities for material and financial, technical and technological, organizational and intellectual resources, with substantiation of the positions that ensure the effective performance of the tasks assigned to the security subjects. A motivational mechanism for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise has been developed, which, taking into account the current global trends in the transition to the digital economy and digitalization of the labor market, provides for the use of positive and negative incentives arising from the actions or inaction of employees, which in general should create favorable security conditions for controlled and effective digital transformation of the enterprise. The technology for the formation and improvement of the information and analytical system for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise has been developed, which is distinguished by establishing the construction of an internal (including accounting, off-accounting and analytical subsystems) and external (systematically updated on the basis of competitive intelligence) information field for obtaining data with subsequent processing, which enables targeted and quality satisfaction of information needs of security subjects. A methodical approach to the evaluation of options for the transformation of the economic security system of the enterprise has been formed, which involves the application of the BOCR method, which consists in modeling with the establishment of expected positive results, additional costs, new opportunities and probable risks, the results of which, based on the current resource provision for Ukrainian enterprises of security activities, created an informational basis for the development and introduction of a motivational mechanism into the economic security system of the enterprise. A scientific and practical approach to the intellectualization of economic security of the enterprise is proposed, which consists in the complex application of measures, in accordance with the rapid and difficult to predict changes in the conditions of the implementation of security activities, which are focused on the optimal combination of the logical sequence of actions of security subjects with the ability to creatively approach the solution previously unknown problems on the basis of the creation of a synectic group, which enables the formation of favorable circumstances for the digital transformation of the enterprise, countering threats and effective use of opportunities created by the growth of the share of the digital economy and digitalization of the labor market.
