Правове регулювання фінансового контролю в Україні: навчальний посібник

Abstract

У навчальному посібнику проводиться аналіз теоретичних, методологічних і практичних проблем в галузі фінансового контролю у контексті політики європейської інтеграційної держави. На основі досягнень правової ті економічної науки, аналізу чинного законодавства та практики нормативно-правового регуоювання фінансового контролю в Європейському Союзі розкриваються теоретико-методологічні та правові особливості державного фінансового контролю. Розглядаються питання, що розкривають поняття і сутність державного та незалежного фінансового контролю (аудиту), нормативну регламентацію функціонування органів фінансового контролю. Аналізується зарубіжний досвід організації державного фінансового контролю та аудиту як одного з видів бізнесу та форми його функціонування в країнах членах ради Європи. The textbook analyzes theoretical, methodological and practical problems in the field of financial control in the context of the policy of the European integration state. On the basis of the achievements of the legal and economic science, the analysis of the current legislation and the practice of legal regulation of financial control in the European Union, the theoretical and methodological and legal features of the state financial control are revealed. Issues that reveal the concept and essence of state and independent financial control (audit), normative regulation of the functioning of financial control bodies are considered. The foreign experience of organizing state financial control and audit as one of the types of business and its form in the member countries of the Council of Europe is analyzed.
