Процесуальні форми діяльності органів виконавчої влади України

Abstract

У статті розглядаються нормативно-правові засади проваджень у сфері управлінської діяльності. Проаналізовано процесуальні форми діяльності органів виконавчої влади України у сфері управлінської діяльності з погляду на сучасне адміністративне процесуальне право і адаптації національного законодавства до вимог Європейського Союзу. Розглянуто окремі аспекти нормативно-правого закріплення адміністративних процедур в управлінській діяльності органів виконавчої влади та класифікація адміністративних процедур. The article deals with the normative and legal principles of the proceedings in the feld of management activity. The procedural forms of activity of the executive authorities of Ukraine in the feld of management activity from the point of view of modern administrative procedural law and adaptation of the national legislation to the requirements of the European Union are analyzed. Some aspects of the regulatory and legal consolidation of administrative procedures in the administrative activity of the executive authorities are considered and the classifcation of administrative procedures.
