Проблеми взаємовпливу правових і моральних норм в умовах розвитку інформаційних технологій

Abstract

Досліджено особливості впливу інформаційних технологій на розвиток моральних норм у сучасному демократичному суспільстві. Визначено особливості зв’язку між трансформацією моральних та правових норм в епоху постмодерну. Акцентовано увагу на тенденції формалізації моральних стандартів певних видів професійної діяльності в етичних кодексах та впливі цих процесів на «кризу моралі», притаманну сучасному етапу розвитку демократичних суспільств. At the present stage of civilizational development, the acceleration of processes of circulation of information and data in all areas of human activity is of increasing importance. Information as a purpose, a means and a result of activity takes various forms and types, and more and more production processes become dependent on information technologies. The article focuses on the problem of the relationship between moral and legal norms in the context of the rapid development of information technology. The role is explored moral norms in an industrial society. The reasons for the transformation of moral norms are being studied. The conclusion is that the complex nature of the transformation of moral norms as a result of the influence of information technology affects the development of legal relations. The subject of the author's analysis are the peculiarities of influences on the personality on the part of sellers of goods and services, as well as subjects of political relations. There is a polyvariance of adaptive behavior, which is largely supported by the opportunities provided by the development of information technologies. Influence is explored by the aggressive communication environment on moral standards. The causes of legal nihilism are described. Globalization and transboundary nature accelerate these processes, and the principles of human centrism and transparency contribute to their maximum spread. As a result, the moral standards of society are transformed into a zone of application of the efforts of translators of informational influences (subjects of political relations, sellers of goods and services). The competition of narratives is observed, which finds external expression in the form of a “moral crisis”. An attempt to counter this crisis is to intensify the process of preparing and approving numerous ethical codes of professional groups and corporations. The development of their own moral standards by professional communities is considered as a positive trend, which allows to partially slow down the process of erosion of moral standards due to reflection of professional values.
