Психологічні особливості мотивації до професійного навчання студентів-психологів: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

У першому розділі здійснено теоретичний огляд поняття мотивації професійного навчання: проаналізовано основні підходи до визначення поняття мотивації, розглянуто теоретичні аспекти психологічних факторів мотивації студентів-психологів, охарактеризовано особливості впливу мотивації на вибір та розвиток професійної кар’єри психолога. Другий розділ містить характеристику вибірки та методик згідно яких здійснено емпіричне вивчення психологічних особливостей мотивації до професійного навчання студентів-психологів. Зокрема досліджено психологічні особливості мотивації до професійного навчання студентівпсихологів, психологічні особливості навчальної мотивації студентів, психологічні особливості професійної мотивації психологів. На основі теоретичного та практичного дослідження обґрунтовано та зроблено відповідні висновки. In the first chapter, a theoretical overview of the concept of motivation of professional training was carried out: the main approaches to the definition of the concept of motivation were analyzed, the theoretical aspects of the psychological factors of the motivation of psychology students were considered, the peculiarities of the influence of motivation on the choice and development of the professional career of a psychologist were characterized. The second section contains the characteristics of the sample and the methods according to which the empirical study of the psychological features of the motivation for professional training of psychology students was carried out. In particular, psychological features of motivation for professional training of psychology students, psychological features of educational motivation of students, psychological features of professional motivation of psychologists were investigated. On the basis of theoretical and practical research, appropriate conclusions were substantiated and made.
