Формування мотиваційної сфери студентів-психологів: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

У роботі розкрито поняття мотиваційної сфери особистості та її складові, особливості розвитку мотиваційної сфери у студентському віці, основні стратегії та підходи формування мотиваційної сфери у студентів. Особливої актуальності набуває проблема формування мотиваційної сфери у процесі навчально-професійної діяльності студентів-психологів, адже підвищений інтерес до психології як науки та потребності в отриманні фахової психологічної допомоги спричиняють складні та мінливі умови суспільного життя. Емпірично визначено формування мотиваційної сфери студентівпсихологів. Виявлено, що у студентів-психологів домінує мотив «отримання диплому», згодом «оволодіння професією» та на останок «отримання знань». Простежується відсутність зацікавленістю навчальним процесом та, зокрема, виконанням робіт, які не бачать у цьому змісту. The work reveals the concept of the motivational sphere of the individual and its components, the peculiarities of the development of the motivational sphere at the student age, the main strategies and approaches to the formation of the motivational sphere in students. The problem of forming a motivational sphere in the process of educational and professional activities of psychology students becomes especially relevant, because the increased interest in psychology as a science and the need to receive professional psychological help are caused by the complex and changing conditions of social life. The formation of the motivational sphere of psychology students has been determined empirically. It was found that psychology students are dominated by the motive of "getting a diploma", then "mastering a profession" and finally "getting knowledge". There is a lack of interest in the educational process and, in particular, in the performance of works that do not see this content.
