Abstract

У першому розділі проведено теоретичне дослідження управління інноваційною політикою підприємства. У другому розділі охарактеризовано вплив чинників зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища на діяльність підприємства та його безпеку, запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення управління інноваційною політикою підприємства в умовах війни. Результатом дослідження стали рекомендації щодо удосконалення управління інноваційною політикою підприємства в умовах війни. In the first chapter, a theoretical study of the management of the innovative policy of the enterprise is carried out. In the second chapter, the impact of external and internal environment factors on the enterprise's activity and its safety is characterized, and measures are proposed to improve the management of the enterprise's innovation policy in wartime conditions. The result of the study was recommendations for improving the management of the innovative policy of the enterprise in the conditions of war.
