Управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 073 «Менеджмент»

Abstract

Перший розділі кваліфікаційної роботи узагальнює теоретичні засади управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства, зокрема, з’ясовується сутність поняття «фінансова безпека підприємства», визначаються концептуальні положення її забезпечення та особливості у сфері страхування. У другому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи аналізується управління фінансовою безпекою ПрАТ СК «УНІКА». Зокрема, він містить загальну характеристику господарської діяльності, системи управління ризиками та оцінку рівня фінансової безпеки страхової компанії, аналіз фінансової безпеки страхового ринку України. На основі виконаного аналізу обґрунтовано напрямки удосконалення управління фінансовою безпекою ПрАТ СК «УНІКА». The first section of the qualification work summarizes the theoretical principles of managing the financial security of the enterprise, in particular, the essence of the concept of "financial security of the enterprise" is clarified, the conceptual provisions of its provision and peculiarities in the field of insurance are determined. The second section of the qualification work analyzes the management of financial security of PRJSC IC UNIQA. In particular, it contains a general description of economic activity, risk management systems and an assessment of the level of financial security of the insurance company, an analysis of the financial security of the insurance market of Ukraine. On the basis of the performed analysis, directions for improving the management of financial security of PRJSC IC UNIQA are substantiated.
