Етика управлінської діяльності в організації: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 073 «Менеджмент»

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота виконана в царині менеджменту і присвячена дослідженню проблем та напрямів формування етики управлінської діяльності в організації в сучасних умовах. У першому розділі роботи досліджено теоретико-методичні засади формування етики управлінської діяльності в організації, зокрема соціальну відповідальність та етику в менеджменті державного управління. У другому розділі здійснено оцінку рівня формування системи етики управлінської діяльності Кутської селищної ради. Результатом дослідження стали рекомендації щодо інструментів покращення системи етики управлінської діяльності в державних органах. The qualification work was performed in the field of management and is dedicated to the study of problems and directions of the formation of the ethics of managerial activity in the organization in modern conditions. In the first chapter of the work, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the ethics of managerial activity in the organization, in particular social responsibility and ethics in the management of public administration, are explored. In the second section, an assessment of the level of formation of the system of ethics of managerial activity of the Kut settlement council was carried out. The result of the study was recommendations on tools for improving the system of ethics of managerial activity in state bodies.
