Зміст діяльності засновників та учасників благодійних організацій

Abstract

У цій статті здійснено аналіз діяльності засновників та учасників благодійних організацій. Зокрема, автором досліджено відповідний понятійний апарат, який міститься в науковій літературі та нормативно-правових актах, унесено пропозицій щодо розуміння змісту понять «засновник благодійної організації» та «учасник благодійної організації», виокремлено права й обов’язки засновників та учасників благодійних організацій, зауважено на колізіях у національному законодавстві у сфері благодійництва. In this article the analysis of activity of the founders and members of charitable organizations. In particular, the author explored relevant conceptual apparatus, which is contained in the scientific literature and legal acts, proposals to understand the content of the notions «founder of the charitable organization» and «charity organizations», highlighted the rights and obligations of the founders and members of charitable organizations, awarded at the collisions in the legislation in the sphere of charity. Background is that of a charitable organization preceding the relevant decision of its founders. However, the efficiency and effectiveness of the functioning of education provided by its members. The meaning of "Founder of the charitable organization" and "member of the charitable organization" today remains little studied by scientists. In addition, the definitions not found its consolidation in legislation and regulations. Given the above, the purpose of this article is to fill gaps in the study of the nature of charitable organizations in the context of their founders and participants. The conclusions are that the charitable organization functioning depends purely on the human factor that is crucial and influences the commitment, and resources for, and feasibility or inaccessibility performance. Consequently, founder and member of the charitable organization are key actors to ensure its activities.
