Стратегія розвитку вітчизняного молодіжного підприємництва в умовах невизначеності

Abstract

У статті проведено дослідження стратегії розвитку молодіжного підприємництва в Україні в умовах невизначеності. Охарактеризовано чинники, які сприяють розвитку підприємницької поведінки молоді та стимулюють до самозайнятості молодих людей. Розглянуто основні стратегічні пріоритети для молоді в Національній молодіжній стратегії. Вказано, що не зважаючи на військовий стан, діє чимало урядових, громадських, міжнародних ініціатив, які покликані навчати та фінансово підтримувати молодих підприємців-початківців та діючих підприємців ефективним інструментам ведення бізнесу. Автори дійшли висновку, що стратегію розвитку молодіжного підприємництва можна розглядати як інструмент забезпечення умов життєдіяльності молоді в умовах невизначеності, вирішення проблеми безробіття, розкриття підприємницьких здібностей та розвитку потенціалу молоді. Залученість молоді до підприємницької діяльності визначається пріоритетами, серед яких є гідна фінансова компенсація за вкладений час та ресурси, можливості для навчання та прогресу, персоналізація простору, здатність вирішувати певні соціальні проблеми та забезпечувати екологічний внесок у суспільство, бачити результати своєї праці через безпосередній вплив на вирішення проблем та досягнення цілей, фінансова та інформаційна підтримка, формування позитивного підприємницького клімату на рівні громади та регіону. The article studies the youth entrepreneurship development strategy in Ukraine under conditions of uncertainty. The factors contributing to the development of entrepreneurial behavior of youth and stimulating self-employment of young people are characterized. The main strategic priorities for youth in the National Youth Strategy, promoting social integration, solvency and civic competence of young people are considered. It is noted that, despite the martial law, there are many governmental, public and international initiatives aimed at training and financial support for aspiring young entrepreneurs and existing entrepreneurs in effective business tools. It is emphasized that entrepreneurial activity is risky and is carried out under conditions of uncertainty, and therefore the formation of a favorable business environmentin Ukraine is one of the ways to reduce business risks, mobilize the potential of domestic business and attract foreign investors. This will help to improve the efficiency and stability of the economic system, ensure sustainable economic development, strengthen the country’s position in the global market, and build an innovative model of economic development capable of withstanding the challenges of the globalized world. The authors conclude that the strategy for the development of youth entrepreneurship can be viewed as a tool to ensure the living conditions of young people under conditions of uncertainty, solve the problem of unemployment, unleash entrepreneurial abilities and develop the potential of young people. The involvement of young people in entrepreneurial activities is determined by priorities, including decent financial compensation for the time and resources invested, nondiscrimination, personalization of space, opportunities for learning and progress, positive social and environmental contribution, diversity and inclusiveness, financial and informational support, and the formation of a positive entrepreneurial climate at the community and regional levels. The advantages of youth entrepreneurship development in Ukraine are characterized. It is emphasized that young people leave the community, the country, because they do not feel connected to this territory, do not see prospects for the development of their potential and opportunities. Promoting the youth entrepreneurship development creates conditions for the entrepreneurial initiative of young people, because individualism, as the basis of a free society and competitive business, is the driving force behind the growth of the state’s economy and the key to strengthening national security.
