Вплив індивідуальних особливостей на розвій емоційної стійкості працівників Національної поліції України

Abstract

У статті здійснено теоретичне обґрунтування та емпіричне дослідження впливу особистісної специфіки на розвій емоційної стійкості працівників Національної поліції України. Здійснено наукову розвідку сутності емоційної стійкості, проведено узагальнення й систематизовано відомості з позиціонованої проблематики. Зазначено, що емоційну стійкість слушно уважати запорукою як психічного так й фізичного здоров’я працівників Національної поліції України, позаяк це є чинником результативності їх професійних учинів. В статті актуалізовано питання щодо здатності правоохоронців ефективно й продуктивно застосовувати резерви власної психіки, підвищувати можливість найповнішого розкриття як психічних так і фізичних потенцій. За умов воєнних реалій особливо актуальним є питання щодо методів й способів довільної регуляції власне емоційних станів поліцейських, позаяк емоційна стійкість є вкрай вагомим чинником продуктивності учинів у складних обставинах діяльності й оперативності адаптації до різноманітних ситуацій. Зазначено, що професійно важливі якості у поліцейського формуються в контексті довготривалих професійних учинів. Водночас, працівників поліції подеколи набуває й інших властивостей у емоційній сфері, котрі чинять деформуючий влив на його особистість й не слугують його стійкості. Емоційна стійкість досить часто трансформується у найрізноманітніші професійні деструкції. Задля виявлення наявності деформаційних процесів поміж працівників Національної поліції України та визначення шляхів їхньої профілактики автор провів емпіричну розвідку із застосуванням валідних методик. Результати дослідження показали, що у працівників слідства виявлено психологічну специфіку, пов’язану із виявом феномену «професійного вигоряння», психологічним й емоційним виснаженням, професійним мотивуванням, власним віддаленням, екстраверсією-інтроверсією, неусвідомленістю агресії, редукцією особистісних досягнень й емоційним виснаженням. У працівників кримінальної поліції психологічна специфіка, пов’язана із виявом феномену «професійного вигоряння», позиціонують екстраверсію-інтроверсію, невмінням переводити агресію на учини чи неживі об’єкти, деперсоналізацію, ритуалізацію виявів агресії, власне віддалення, наявність емоційного виснаження й аутоагресії. The article provides theoretical justification and empirical research into the influence of personal characteristics on the development of emotional stability of employees of the National Police of Ukraine. A scientific investigation of the essence of emotional stability has been carried out, information on the positioned issues has been generalized and systematized. It is noted that emotional stability should be considered a guarantee of both mental and physical health of employees of the National Police of Ukraine, since it is a factor in the effectiveness of their professional actions. The article addresses the issue of the ability of law enforcement officers to effectively and productively use the reserves of their own psyche, to increase the possibility of the most complete disclosure of both mental and physical potentials. In the conditions of war realities, the question of methods and ways of arbitrary regulation of the emotional states of police officers is particularly relevant, since emotional stability is an extremely important factor in the productivity of actions in difficult circumstances of activity and the efficiency of adaptation to various situations. It is noted that professionally important qualities of a police officer are formed in the context of long-term professional actions. At the same time, police officers sometimes acquire other properties in the emotional sphere, which have a deforming influence on their personality and do not serve their stability. Emotional stability is quite often transformed into a variety of professional destructions. In order to identify the presence of deformation processes among employees of the National Police of Ukraine and to determine ways of their prevention, the author conducted an empirical investigation using valid methods. The results of the study showed that the investigation workers have psychological specifics associated with the manifestation of the phenomenon of "professional burnout", psychological and emotional exhaustion, professional motivation, personal distancing, extraversion-introversion, unawareness of aggression, reduction of personal achievements and emotional exhaustion. In employees of the criminal police, the psychological specifics associated with the manifestation of the phenomenon of "professional burnout" are positioned as extraversion-introversion, inability to translate aggression into actions or inanimate objects, depersonalization, ritualization of manifestations of aggression, personal distancing, the presence of emotional exhaustion and auto-aggression.
