Abstract

Видання підготовлено відповідно до типової програми навчальної дисципліни «Кримінальне провадження за участю неповнолітніх». Розглянуто міжнародні стандарти правосуддя, дружнього до дитини; особливості процесуального статусу дітей у конфлікті та дітей у контакті з законом; особливості представництва їхніх інтересів; особливості проведення слідчих (розшукових) дій за участю неповнолітніх; специфіку кримінального провадження щодо неповнолітніх; питання спеціалізації персоналу й специфіку діяльності ювенального слідчого, дізнавача, прокурора, судді; особливості застосування інституту відновного правосуддя за участю неповнолітніх. Для працівників органів досудового розслідування, прокуратури, суду, адвокатів, науковців, здобувачів вищої освіти, а також усіх, хто цікавиться питаннями захисту прав дитини. The manual was prepared in accordance with the standard educational program of the training course «Criminal Proceedings with the Participation of Children», which was directed to the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs. International standards of child-friendly justice; peculiarities of the procedural status of children in conflict and children in contact with the law; peculiarities of representation of their interests; peculiarities of conducting investigative (search) actions involving minors; peculiarities of criminal proceedings against minors; the issue of staff specialization and the specifics of the activities of juvenile investigators, juvenile prosecutors, and juvenile judges; peculiarities of the restorative justice with the participation of children were considered. For employees of pre-trial investigation bodies, prosecutors, judges, lawyers, academics, students, as well as everyone interested in the protection of children’s rights.
