Управління інноваційним розвитком підприємства в умовах економічної нестабільності

Abstract

Доведено в межах статті, що на важливе місце виходять інноваційні процеси та їх роль постійно зростає. Обгрунтовано ключові засади, що обумовлюють актуальність теми. Огляд літератури показав, що низка теорій і концепцій щодо управління інноваційним розвитком підприємства, досі залишаються не розкритими повною мірою, що й зумовило вибір даної тематики, її сучасну актуальність. Метою даної статті є поглиблена характеристика особливостей управління інноваційним розвитком підприємства в умовах економічної нестабільності. Доведено, що прихильність до інноваційного типу розвитку за сучасних умов ведення господарської діяльності є ключовим чинником успіху та стратегічного управління інноваційним потенціалом підприємства та є головною задачею забезпечення конкурентоспроможності, а також стійкого розвитку. Об’єктом дослідження виступає система управління інноваційним розвитком підприємства. Методологія статті передбачає застосування наступних методів, серед яких: метод індукції та дедукції, порівняння і систематизації; метод синтезу і аналізу; графічний й табличний методи; абстрактно-логічний метод. Розглянуто організаційно-економічні аспекти управління інноваційною діяльністю, що набуває важливого значення, оскільки вони визначають стратегії підприємств, установ та країн у впровадженні новаторських рішень. У цьому контексті, вивчення організаційно-економічних напрямків забезпечення інноваційного розвитку стає важливою складовою високоефективного управління та стратегічного планування. Досліджено понятійно-категорійний апарат інноваційного розвитку підприємства. Стаття має на меті поглибити розуміння основних аспектів управління інноваційним розвитком підприємства, що є важливим для подальших досліджень у цій сфері. It is proved within the framework of the article that innovative processes are taking a leading place and their role is constantly growing. The key principles that determine the relevance of the topic are substantiated. A review of the literature showed that a number of theories and concepts regarding the management of the innovative development of an enterprise still remain not fully disclosed, which determined the choice of this topic and its current relevance. The purpose of this article is an in-depth description of the features of the management of the innovative development of an enterprise in conditions of economic instability. It is proved that adherence to the innovative type of development under modern conditions of conducting economic activity is a key factor in the success and strategic management of the innovative potential of an enterprise and is the main task of ensuring competitiveness, as well as sustainable development. The object of the study is the system of management of the innovative development of an enterprise. The methodology of the article involves the use of the following methods, including: the method of induction and deduction, comparison and systematization; the method of synthesis and analysis; graphical and tabular methods; abstract-logical method. The organizational and economic aspects of innovative activity management are considered, which are of great importance, since they determine the strategies of enterprises, institutions and countries in implementing innovative solutions. In this context, the study of organizational and economic directions of ensuring innovative development becomes an important component of highly effective management and strategic planning. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of innovative development of an enterprise is studied. The article aims to deepen the understanding of the main aspects of innovative development management of an enterprise, which is important for further research in this area.
