Вплив волонтерства на формування гуманістичних цінностей сучасної молоді в кризовому суспільстві

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню впливу волонтерської діяльності на формування гуманістичних цінностей у сучасній молоді, особливо в умовах соціальних та економічних криз. Волонтерство, як важлива складова соціального життя, сприяє розвитку моральних якостей, таких як альтруїзм, емпатія, толерантність, відповідальність та соціальна справедли- вість. Завдяки участі в добровільній діяльності молоді вдається не лише допомагати тим, хто цього потребує, але й формувати в собі важливі цінності, які відповідають принципам гуманізму. Волонтерська діяльність є потужним інструментом соціалізації та розвитку моральних орієнтирів, адже вона стимулює молодь до усвідомлення потреб інших людей, особливо найбільш вразливих категорій населення, і сприяє розвитку емпатії та співчуття. Стаття акцентує увагу на тому, що волонтерство дозволяє молодим людям краще зрозуміти соціальні проблеми та активно брати участь у їх вирішенні, що допомагає формувати їхню відповідальність перед суспільством. Особливу увагу в дослідженні приділено впливу волонтерства на форму- вання громадянської активності та відповідальності, розвитку соціальної компетентності та здатності діяти в нестандартних ситуаціях. Виявлено, що участь у волонтерських ініціативах допомагає молоді стати більш морально відповідальними, здатними до рефлексії і самовдосконалення. Окрім того, волонтерство надає можливість молодим людям формувати духовні потреби, що забезпечують мотивацію до життєдіяльності та розвитку. У статті підкреслюється, що волонтерська діяльність є важливим механізмом формування гуманістичних цінностей, які сприяють позитивним змінам у суспільстві та розвитку людяності й співчуття. В результаті, волонтерство не тільки змінює соціум, але й сприяє самопізнанню та розвитку волонтера як особистості, формуючи відповідальну, морально здорову людину, готову діяти на благо інших. The article is devoted to the study of the influence of volunteering on the formation of humanistic values in modern youth, especially in conditions of social and economic crises. Volunteering, as an important component of social life, contributes to the development of moral qualities, such as altruism, empathy, tolerance, responsibility and social justice. Through participation in voluntary activities, young people manage not only to help those in need, but also to form important values in themselves that correspond to the principles of humanism. Volunteering is a powerful tool for socialization and the development of moral guidelines, as it stimulates young people to become aware of the needs of other people, especially the most vulnerable categories of the population, and promotes the development of empathy and compassion. The article emphasizes that volunteering allows young people to better understand social problems and actively participate in solving them, which helps to form their responsibility to society. The study pays special attention to the impact of volunteering on the formation of civic activity and responsibility, the development of social competence and the ability to act in non-standard situations. It was found that participation in volunteer initiatives helps young people become more morally responsible, capable of reflection and selfimprovement. In addition, volunteering provides an opportunity for young people to form spiritual needs that provide motivation for life and development. The article emphasizes that volunteering is an important mechanism for the formation of humanistic values, which contribute to positive changes in society and the development of humanity and compassion. As a result, volunteering not only changes society, but also contributes to the self-knowledge and development of the volunteer as a person, forming a responsible, morally healthy person, ready to act for the benefit of others.
