Особливості соціальної ідентифікації молоді в сучасних умовах суспільства

Abstract

Досліджено особливості соціальної ідентифікації молоді в нинішніх умовах України. Проаналізовано стан вивчення досліджуваної проблеми у сучасній психологічній літературі. Теоретично розглянуто основні концепції дослідження ідентичності як функції соціалізації. Розкрито ідентичність молодої людини як наслідок ідентифікації в процесі її соціалізації та особистісну і соціальну ідентичності як складові «Я» особистості. The article examines features of social identity of youth in modern social conditions. The state of the problem studying in modern psychological literature is analyzed. The theoretical analysis of the basic concepts of identity studies as a function of socialization is carried out. The identity of the young man as a result of the identification in the process of his socialization and personal and social identity as the components of «I» personality is revealed. Today the identification process is investigated in several areas: identification consideration as the basic phenomenon that promotes socialization and personalization of personality; clarification of his role in personality structuring. Studying the identity, along with the fact that it is considered in terms of two components: social and personal, there is a stronger detalization of identity structure relating to social identity: gender role, professional, ethnic, religious and so on. Socio cultural and group reality (social values, behavior models that are characteristic for the place, group norms, etc.) affect the human mind, creating the basis for self-identity, which resulted in forming different personal identities that make up his identity matrix. Man is seeking harmony with himself and with others. Such harmony is possible only in case of conformity of the level of identification as a mechanism to ensure the identity and the very identity as a result of this mechanism’s activity in the process of personality’s socialization. The relationship between the identification and the identity is in their interplay: features of identity determine the direction of identification that determines the development of the individual. Every young person is socialized through identification with the community, which gives him opportunities for learning social experience. The desire of the individual for the identification with the group is connected with his desire for isolation, and identity.
