Організація діяльності позашкільних навчальних закладів як освітніх організацій: управлінсько-психологічні особливості

Abstract

У статті позиціоновано основні завдання позашкільної освіти й висвітлено сутність позашкільних освітніх закладів у контексті їхньої реалізації. Обґрунтовано підходи щодо аналізу власне позашкільних освітніх закладів саме як освітніх організацій. Виокремлено дві групи якостей позашкільних закладів власне як освітніх організацій: організаційно- управлінські та психолого-організаційні. Окреслено адміністрування як важливий компонент у системі діяльності закладів позашкільної освіти та сутність управлінських дій керівника у закладах позашкільної освіти. З’ясовано, що задля успішного діяльності закладів позашкільної освіти вкрай доконечною умовою є власне розширення ділових взаємин керівників закладів позашкільної освіти із репрезентантами територіальної громади, адміністративними й контролюючими органами, батьківською спільністю, педагогічним колективом, іншими закладами, громадськими організаціями, учнями. Зазначено, що сучасне адміністрування освітніми організаціями потребує залучення до управлінських дій власне таких управлінців, котрі не лишень набули професійні знання із теорії управління, але є лідерами в колективах освітніх організацій. Вкрай велике значення у контексті підвищенні продуктивності в адміністрування освітніми організаціями має власне психологічна спроможність менеджерів саме до управління. Так, до психологічних якостей управлінських учинів менеджерів в освітніх організаціях віднесено: мотивацію; учини у командні; партнерська взаємини; наявність емоційного інтелекту та креативного потенціалу; суб’єктивний добробут; психологічне здоров’я; методи та стиль адміністрування. Розкрито сутність й значення організаційної культури в діях позашкільних освітніх закладів. Здійснено аналіз детермінант макро-, мезо- й мікрорівня, котрі чинять вплив на розвій організаційної культури позашкільних освітніх закладів. The article positions the main tasks of out-of-school education and highlights the essence of out-of-school educational institutions in the context of their implementation. Approaches to the analysis of out-of-school educational institutions as educational organizations are substantiated. Two groups of qualities of out-ofschool institutions as educational ones are distinguished organizations: organizational-management and psychological-organizational. Administration is outlined as an important component in the system of activities of out-of-school education institutions and the essence of the manager's managerial skills in out-ofschool education institutions. It was found that for the successful operation of outof- school education institutions, the ultimate condition is the actual expansion of business relations of the heads of the institutions of extracurricular education with representatives of the territorial community, administrative and control bodies, parents' community, teaching staff, other institutions, public organizations, students. It is noted that the modern administration educational organizations need to attract managers who have not only acquired professional knowledge of management theory, but are leaders in teams of educational organizations, to management studies. In the context of increasing productivity in the administration of educational organizations, psychological is extremely important the ability of managers to manage. Thus, the psychological qualities of managerial skills of managers in educational organizations include: motivation; deeds in the command room; partnership relations; presence of emotional intelligence and creative potential; subjective well-being; psychological health; methods and style of administration. The essence and significance of organizational culture in extracurricular educational institutions are revealed. An analysis of macro-, meso-, and micro-level determinants that influence the development of the organizational culture of out-ofschool educational institutions was carried out.
