Особливості використання інноваційних методів іншомовної підготовки майбутніх поліцейських

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі використання інноваційних методів у процесі іншомовної підготовки майбутніх поліцейських. У результаті теоретичного аналізу досліджуваної проблеми окреслено важливість знання майбутнім поліцейським іноземної мови, яка є важливим інструментом його професійної реалізації, а рівень її освоєння визначає рівень професійної культури особистості поліцейського. Ефективна іншомовна підготовка курсантів вимагає активного впровадження інновацій. При цьому прийняття певних інновацій є суб’єктивним процесом, що передбачає вибір конкретних методів, інструментів або процесів для їх впровадження. Проаналізовано педагогічний та технологічний напрямки інновацій у сфері мовної освіти. Залучення новітніх методик та інноваційно-технологічних систем є актуальним сьогодні для формування у майбутніх працівників поліції мотивації до вивчення іноземної мови. Використання інформаційних технологій у процесі іншомовної підготовки майбутніх поліцейських передбачає впровадження нових технічних засобів, форм, методів викладання та оцінювання, що вимагає комплексного перегляду підходів до навчання. Завдяки цьому іншомовна підготовка стає більш індивідуалізованою та різноманітною. Звернено увагу й на важливості новітніх підходів до оцінки іншомовної комунікативної компетентності курсантів. Наголошено, що застосування викладачем інтегрованих методів оцінювання дає змогу більш точніше діагностувати рівень комунікативної компетентності курсантів, позаяк вони враховують не тільки теоретичні знання, а й практичні навички застосування мови, однак при цьому актуалізується потреба у створенні спеціалізованих методик й інструментів, що відповідатимуть вимогам конкретного професійного напрямку майбутнього поліцейського. The article is devoted to the problem of using innovative methods in the process of foreign language training of future police officers. As a result of the theoretical analysis of the problem under study, the importance of knowledge of a foreign language by future police officers, which is an important tool for his professional realization, and the level of its mastery determines the level of professional culture of the police officer’s personality, is outlined. Effective foreign language training of cadets requires the active implementation of innovations. At the same time, the adoption of certain innovations is a subjective process that involves the choice of specific methods, tools or processes for their implementation. The pedagogical and technological directions of innovations in the field of language education are analyzed. The involvement of the latest methods and innovative and technological systems is relevant today for the formation of motivation for learning a foreign language in future police officers. The use of information technologies in the process of foreign language training of future police officers involves the introduction of new technical means, forms, methods of teaching and assessment, which requires a comprehensive review of approaches to training. Thanks to this, foreign language training becomes more individualized and diverse. Attention is also drawn to the importance of new approaches to assessing foreign language communicative competence of cadets. It is emphasized that the use of integrated assessment methods by the teacher allows for a more accurate diagnosis of the level of communicative competence of cadets, since they take into account not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical language skills, however, at the same time, the need for creating specialized methods and tools that will meet the requirements of a specific professional direction of a future police officer is becoming more urgent.
