Психологічні особливості формування лідерських якостей у курсантів системи МВС: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

Дослідження присвячене проблемі психологічних особливостей формування лідерських якостей у курсантів системи МВС. Розглянуто структуру та зміст лідерських якостей особистості. Проаналізовано фактори, що впливають на формування лідерських якостей особистості. Охарактеризовано лідерські якості у структурі особистості курсанта системи МВС. Описано психологічні детермінанти та умови формування лідерських якостей в процесі професійної підготовки. Результати еспіричного дослідження встановили, що лідерський профіль майбутніх офіцерів характеризується високою прагматичністю, орієнтацією на контроль та результативну мотивацію. Виявлено позитивну динаміку управлінської зрілості від молодших до старших курсів, а також кореляційний зв'язок лідерства з екстраверсією, комунікативною активністю та відкритістю новому досвіду. The study is devoted to the problem of psychological features of the formation of leadership qualities in cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The structure and content of leadership qualities of the personality are considered. Factors influencing the formation of leadership qualities of the personality are analyzed. Leadership qualities in the personality structure of a cadet of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are characterized. Psychological determinants and conditions for the formation of leadership qualities in the process of professional training are described. The results of the empirical study established that the leadership profile of future officers is characterized by high pragmatism, control orientation and performance motivation. A positive dynamics of managerial maturity from junior to senior years was revealed, as well as a correlation of leadership with extraversion, communicative activity and openness to new experience.
