Діяльність військової служби правопорядку в Збройних Силах України

Abstract

Порушено питання діяльності Військової служби правопорядку у Збройних Силах України. Розглянуто військовий правопорядок, який досягається шляхом постійної цілеспрямованої діяльності органів військового управління, а також спеціально створених із цією метою органів і структур – органів військової прокуратури, військово-слідчих органів, військової служби правопорядку. Розкрито права та завдання Військової служби правопорядку в Збройних Силах України. Military law and order is an objective necessity and regularity of the development of the Armed Forces, it is a model for national servicemen in selecting their behavioral decisions. Military law and order requires that the relationships between servicemen are built on the principles of social justice, sociable cooperation and friendship. They are responsible for increased legal liability; a duty to protect the motherland is often associated with the risk for life. It is based on the high consciousness and organization of servicemen, their deep conviction in the fairness and appropriateness of the rules established by normative acts. A statutory order is a component of the military law and order; it means the system of relations between servicemen, which is built in strict accordance with the norms of military statutes and regulations. A necessary stage in strengthening of military discipline in the armed forces is to create a unified system of military law-enforcement and other bodies that provide support for military discipline and prevention of crimes, based on thedevelop ed institutions of legal liability. The article deals with the issues of the activity of the Military law and order service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The military law and order, which is achieved by constant purposeful activity of the military administration, as well as specially created for this purpose organs and structures – the bodies of the military prosecution, the military investigation, the military law and order service, – is considered. The rights and tasks of the Military law and order service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine are revealed.
