Abstract:	Розглядаються проблемні питання щодо таких важливих рішень слідчого, які приймаються ним у ході розслідування, зокрема тих, які мають процесуальне оформлення у вигляді постанови; наводяться різновиди таких рішень та пропонуються шляхи вирішення низки існуючих колізій. The article deals with the problems regarding such important decisions of the investigator accepted by him in the course of investigation, particularly those that are embodied in a procedural resolution.Variations ofthese decisions are given and the ways ofsolution a number ofexisting conflicts are offered as well.
