Abstract

Навчально-методичний посібник у схемах підготовлений з метою надання методичної допомоги при оволодінні курсом «Історія вчень про державу і право» та самостійного опанування найбільш важливих тем. Навчально-методичний посібник включає програму курсу, методичні рекомендації до проведення семінарських занять, список використаної та рекомендованої літератури, а також схеми, в яких відображено основні персоналії, категорії, концепції та етапи розвитку політико- правової думки. Для курсантів, студентів та слухачів вищих навчальних закладів МВС України, науково-педагогічних працівників та всіх, хто цікавиться питаннями історії політичних та правових вчень.
