Захист прав дітей у правоохоронній діяльності: курс лекцій

Abstract

Для забезпечення здійснення освітнього процесу у курсі лекцій висвітлено актуальні питання з навчальної дисципліни «Захист прав дітей у правоохоронній діяльності». Вивчається комплекс теоретичних положень з основ законодавства України та міжнародних нормативно-правових актів з питань забезпечення і захисту прав дитини, механізмів реагування на випадки порушення прав дитини, в тому числі залучення різних суб’єктів, що надають допомогу дітям, проведення профілактичної роботи з дітьми. Курс лекцій призначений для здобувачів освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» денної та заочної форми навчання. The actual issues on the educational discipline «Protecting of the rights of children in law enforcement activity: a course of lectures» are covered in the course of lectures to ensure the implementation of the educational process. The complex of theoretical provisions on the basis of Ukrainian legislation and international legal acts on the issues of ensuring and protecting the rights of the child, mechanisms for responding to cases of violation of the rights of the child, including the involvement of various actors providing assistance to children, conducting preventive work with children are studied. The course of lectures is intended for applicants of educational degree «bachelor» of full-time and part-time study.
