Організація процесу забезпечення кадрової безпеки страхової компанії: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 073 «Менеджмент»

Abstract

У першому розділі роботи проведено теоретичне дослідження системи кадрової безпеки страхової компанії. У другому розділі роботи проаналізовано ситуацію на страховому ринку України та результатів діяльності ТзДВ «Страхова компанія «Гардіан». На основі опрацювання теоретичних та практичних матеріалів зроблені відповідні висновки та обґрунтовано конкретні пропозиції. The work is based on the results of research and analysis of theoretical and methodological aspects regarding the organization of the process of ensuring personnel security of the insurance company. The analysis of the situation on the insurance market of Ukraine and the results of the activities of the Guardian Insurance Company TzDV made it possible to single out the area that requires the development of recommendations. Thus, it is suggested to pay more attention and develop a talent management system in the insurance company to increase the level of personnel security. precisely such actions will ensure a high level of employee loyalty and will contribute to the retention of talented employees in the company who care about their development and strive to achieve high performance indicators.
