Вплив емоційного інтелекту на професійну успішність майбутніх поліцейських: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «магістр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота написана з метою дослідження проблеми впливу емоційного інтелекту на професійну успішність майбутніх поліцейських. В процесі дослідження було здійснено теоретичний аналіз наукових робіт присвячених дослідженню емоційного інтелекту, а також його впливу на професійну успішність особистості. Проведено емпіричне дослідження впливу емоційного інтелекту на професійну успішність майбутніх поліцейських, визначено взаємозв’язок рівня емоційного інтелекту на професійну успішність особистості. Наведено методичні рекомендації щодо підвищення як загального рівня емоційного інтелекту, так і в контексті професійної успішності майбутніх поліцейських. Сформовано план та методологію ефективного процесу дослідження рівня емоційного інтелекту особистості. The qualification work was written to study the problem of the influence of emotional intelligence on the professional success of future police officers. In the course of the study, a theoretical analysis of scientific works devoted to the study of emotional intelligence, as well as its impact on the professional success of the individual, was carried out. An empirical study of the impact of emotional intelligence on the professional success of future police officers was conducted, the relationship between the level of emotional intelligence and the professional success of the individual was determined. Methodological recommendations for improving both the general level of emotional intelligence and the professional success of future police officers are presented. A plan and methodology for an effective process of researching the level of emotional intelligence of a personality are formed.
