Управління кадровою безпекою організації: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «магістр» за спеціальністю 073 «Менеджмент»

Abstract

У першому розділі узагальнені теоретичні засади управління кадровою безпекою організації, зокрема, з’ясовано її сутність, узагальнено загрози, охарактеризовано механізм забезпечення. Другий розділ містить аналіз системи управління кадровою безпекою Державної установи «Центр пробації». Дано загальну характеристику діяльності організації, висвітлені методи управління кадровою безпекою та оцінено її рівнеь. У третьому розділі обґрунтовані напрями удосконалення управління кадровою безпекою Державої установи «Центр пробації»: розроблення стратегії кадрової безпеки, турбота про психічне здоров’я персоналу та розробення профілів безпеки посад. The first section summarizes the theoretical principles of the organization's personnel security management, in particular, its essence is clarified, the threats are summarized, and the security mechanism is characterized. The second section contains an analysis of the personnel security management system of the State institution «Probation Center». The general characteristics of the organization's activities are given, the personnel security management methods are highlighted, and its level is assessed. In the third section, the directions for improving the personnel security management of the State institution «Probation Center» are substantiated: the development of personnel security strategy, care for the mental health of personnel, and the development of job security profiles.
