Дестабілізуючі тенденції розвитку економіки та їх вплив на легалізацію доходів: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «магістр» за спеціальністю 072 «Фінанси, банківська справа та страхування»

Abstract

Досліджено основи теоретичного вивчення тенденцій, що сприяють дестабілізації економічного розвитку, та їх вплив на процес легалізації доходів; здійснено аналіз законодавчої бази економічного зростання та протидії незаконній легалізації доходів; розглянуто суть та зміст дестабілізуючих факторів у процесі розвитку економіки. Проаналізовано сучасні тенденції розвитку економіки України; зроблено оцінку змін у динаміці легалізації доходів як чинника, що впливає на стабільність економіки; досліджено вплив дестабілізуючих тенденцій у розвитку економіки на процес легалізації доходів. На основі аналізу закордонного досвіду протидії легалізації доходів запропоновано пріоритетні напрями розвитку економіки в умовах воєнного стану. The basics of the theoretical study of trends that contribute to the destabilization of economic development and their impact on the process of legalization of income have been studied; an analysis of the legislative framework for economic growth and countering illegal legalization of income was carried out; the essence and content of destabilizing factors in the process of economic development are considered. Current trends in the development of the economy of Ukraine are analyzed; an assessment of changes in the dynamics of income legalization as a factor affecting the stability of the economy was made; the impact of destabilizing trends in the development of the economy on the process of legalization of income is investigated. On the basis of the analysis of foreign experience of combating the legalization of income, priority directions for the development of the economy in the conditions of martial law are proposed.
