Особистість вчителя як детермінанта оптимізації педагогічної взаємодії: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «магістр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розкриттю проблеми впливу особистості вчителя на оптимізацію педагогічної взаємодії. Авторка розкрила у роботі дефініції оптимізації педагогічної взаємодії та ролі вчителя у цьому процесі. Емпірично довела, що вчитель безпосередньо впливає на психологічну атмосферу в класі, задає емоційний тон, сприяє або ні кооперації учнів до навчальної діяльності. Проаналізовано механізми, які формуються в ході педагогічної взаємодії. Виокремлено критерії та умови оптимізації педагогічної взаємодії. The qualification work is devoted to the disclosure of the problem of the influence of the teacher's personality on the optimization of pedagogical interaction. The author revealed in her work the definition of optimization of pedagogical interaction and the role of the teacher in this process. Empirically proved that the teacher directly affects the psychological atmosphere in the classroom, sets the emotional tone, promotes or not cooperation of students in educational activities. The mechanisms that are formed in the course of pedagogical interaction are analyzed. The criteria and conditions for optimizing pedagogical interaction are highlighted.
