Abstract

У першому розділі проведено теоретичне дослідження аспектів управління кадрової безпекою підприємства. У другому розділі здійснено аналіз конкурентного середовища підприємства та визначено особливості процесу формування кадрового забезпечення на підприємстві. Результатом дослідження стали рекомендації щодо підвищення рівня кадрової безпеки підприємства шляхом використання сучасних моделей управління безпекою персоналу. In the first chapter, a theoretical study of aspects of personnel security management of the enterprise is carried out. In the second section, an analysis of the competitive environment of the enterprise was carried out and the peculiarities of the process of forming human resources at the enterprise were determined. The result of the study was recommendations for increasing the level of personnel security of the enterprise by using modern models of personnel security management.
