Система забезпечення фінансового контролю в Україні: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «магістр» за спеціальністю 072 «Фінанси, банківська справа, страхування та фондовий ринок»

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти забезпечення фінансового контролю, визначено його вплив на розвиток національної фінансової системи. Здійснено оцінку інституційних механізмів та правових інструментів, які забезпечують фінансовий контроль в Україні. Оцінено сучасний стан фінансового контролю в Україні та діяльність державних органів щодо забезпечення фінансового контролю. Проаналізовано застосування міжнародного досвіду щодо формування системи фінансового контролю. Виокремлено основні проблеми сучасної системи фінансового контролю та запропоновано напрями підвищення її ефективності в Україні. The qualification thesis is dedicated to the study of the system of financial control assurance in Ukraine. The paper examines the theoretical aspects of financial control assurance and defines its impact on the development of the national financial system. An assessment of institutional mechanisms and legal instruments ensuring financial control in Ukraine has been conducted. The current state of financial control in Ukraine and the activities of state authorities in ensuring financial oversight have been evaluated. The study also analyzes the application of international experience in the formation of a financial control system. Key issues of the modern financial control system have been identified, and directions for enhancing its effectiveness in Ukraine have been proposed.
