Формування професійних якостей менеджера як умова забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства

Abstract

Проаналізовано наукові підходи до визначення поняття «економічна безпека підприємства», здійснено їх систематизацію. Охарактеризовано зміст та чинники успішної діяльності менеджера, суть його професійних якостей та їхній вплив на економічну безпеку підприємства. Розглянуто головні напрями вдосконалення професійних якостей менеджера, визначено основні вимоги до його знань, умінь і навичок. Обґрунтовано три групи ключових компетенцій професійної компетентності менеджера в ефективному забезпеченні економічної безпеки підприємства. Встановлено, що сучасні менеджери задля забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства мають володіти такими якостями, як комунікативність, активність, самостійність, мобільність, нестандартність мислення, інноваційність і креативність у здійсненні професійних дій і функцій. The article analyzes and systematizes the scientific approaches to definition of economic security of a company. The dynamic changes, which are connected with the implementation of market instruments, resulted in increase in production, and the effective economic performance and company development requires qualified management personnel. In fact, it deals with training of economic security managers. The manager’s knowledge and skills are one of the main preconditions for successful professional company management. The article describes the scope of manager’s activity, factors of successful manager’s activity, nature of professional qualities and their influence on economic security of a company. The article reviews the key directions of improvement of manager’s professional qualities and defines the main requirements for their knowledge and skills. Three groups of key competencies of manager’s professional competence for efficient assurance of company’s economic security are substantiated in the article. It was found that modern managers, for the purpose of assurance of company’s economic security, should be communicative, active, independent, mobile, fresh thinking and innovative as well as creative in performing their professional actions and functions. The manager’s professional qualities should ensure substantial analysis of professional issues connected with the economic security of companies. The implementation of competence-based approach means that the real professional tasks should be used for efficient business activity and the managers should focus on analysis of results of their own professional activity and decisions. It is emphasized that for the purpose of assurance of economic security the manager’s behaviour should be formed using project preparation, which is aimed at development of critical thinking and ability to independently solve real professional problems.
