Проблеми забезпечення безпеки освітньої сфери в Україні

Abstract

Досліджено позиції України за основними складовими Індексу глобальної конкурентоспроможності у сфері вищої освіти та професійної підготовки, встановлено факт незадовільної ситуації. Проаналізовано причини погіршення становища у сфері вітчизняної освіти та визначено основні загрози її економічній безпеці. This paper explores the position of Ukraine on the main components of the Index of global competitiveness in higher education and professional training, established the unsatisfactory situation. Author investigated the reasons for deterioration in national education and the main threat of economic security, such as: mass higher education; the primary purpose of universities is increasing of economic efficiency, rather than scientific and research indicators; lack of public funding; lack of interest of the corporate sector in cooperation with universities; total poverty of population unable to pay for educational services; universities focus on quantityin training instead of quality, thus not an individual approach; imperfection extramular and distance learning; low qualification of teaching staff; corruption in higher education; low motivation of teaching staff; universities lack of interest in the implementation of innovation; outdated equipment stock; lack of cooperation with foreign universities; sharp annual decline in the number of students; low level of interest among foreign students; limited ability of scientists to participate in scientific activities due to their considerable cost and lack of funding for such travel; slow implementation of the issuance of double degrees in cooperation with foreign universities; poor involvement of foreign research and teaching staff into educational process in domestic universities; specialists training is irrelevant to the real needs of the labor market; non-recognition of national diplomas of higher education in the world.
