Abstract

Розглянуто теоретично-практичні, психолого-правові та соціальні проблеми конструктивної взаємодії населення і поліції; уявлення громадян про довіру до працівників МВС; професійну підготовку працівників поліції, професійне становлення курсантів у ВНЗ МВС; нормативно-ціннісні та мотиваційно-поведінкові моделі їхньої професійної діяльності; шляхи подолання корупції в системі МВС; професійну деформацію працівників правоохоронних органів: її суть, теоретичне обґрунтування, методологічні підходи до вивчення, професіоналізацію і кадрову політику як чинники попередження; формування в цьому контексті механізмів психозахисту та психоемоційного вигоряння; комунікативності; психологічну готовність курсантів МВС до професійної діяльності; формування якостей, необхідних для конструктивної взаємодії; планування їхнього майбутнього в аспекти позитивного світогляду; управлінську компетенцію; професійного становлення курсантів у вишівській системі МВС; психолого-педагогічні та організаційно-правові чинники діяльності навчальних закладів і поліції у профілактичній та правоосвітній роботі.
