Формування теоретико-методичних засад економічної безпеки комерційного банку

Abstract

Досліджено основні підходи до формування відповідних теоретико-методичних засад безпеки комерційного банку. Розкрито особливості реалізації заходів, яких вживають комерційні банки для забезпечення власної економічної безпеки і які ще не мають комплексного та системного характеру. З’ясовано, що у вузькому розумінні економічну безпеку комерційного банку слід розглядати як стан, за якого корпоративні економічні інтереси є захищеними, а цілісність збережена, у широкому розумінні – як діяльність, спрямовану на протидію загрозам і небезпекам, а також такий стан економічної системи банку, за якого реалізуються корпоративні економічні інтереси та зберігається її цілісність. The features of the implementation measures taken by the commercial banks to ensure their own economic security is not comprehensive and systematic. The system of economic security of the commercial bank should be based on the principles of continuous mode, but not created by the fact of the threat or occurrence of economic crises. Therefore, today banks should pay more attention to ensuring their economic security, using primarily local capacity. In modern terms the commercial banks is characterized by instability, severe predictability and dynamically. All this is accompanied on the background of various transformation processes in the country, the crisis in the economy, unstable political situation, strongly influenced by public authorities, the imperfection of the current legislation, the growth of economic crime, which creates prerequisites of a considerable number of threats and dangers to the existence of the banking business. Thus, the problem of security becomes paramount. Addressing challenges that are now facing the system of economic security is impossible without continuous monitoring of the economic situation, a detailed study of the problems arising under the influence of rapidly changing internal and external factors. In our view, the optimal system should include a set of key elements that ensure the effective functioning of commercial banks in the financial and economic crisis, lack of legal security and low professional level of employees on economic security. The algorithm, which provides a comprehensive approach and sequence of stages and organizes the whole complex by nature the formation of optimum system of economic security of the commercial bank. It allows you to create all the main structural elements of economic security, functional relationships between them, improve quality, optimize the time and cost of its creation.
