Формування середнього класу як основа стабільності соціально-економічної системи

Abstract

Розглянуто проблеми формування середнього класу в Україні як основи стабільності соціально-економічної системи держави. Окреслено основні підходи та визначено поняття «середній клас». Проаналізовано можливості та підґрунтя формування середнього класу в Україні. Подано економетричну оцінку взаємозв’язку основних соціально- економічних показників України та інших країн світу за допомогою інструментарію нелінійного програмування. Визначено причини та перешкоди становлення середнього класу в українському суспільстві. Запропоновано напрями розвитку середнього класу за умов формування довготермінової стратегії соціальної безпеки України. The problems of the middle class in Ukraine as the basis for social and economic stability of the state. The results of the study proved that in Ukraine, as in some countries, is evident slowdown in economic growth, decline in living standards, reducing human development and economic security in the social sphere. Examined the main aspects of the new socio-economic policy and its focus on economic development initiative and independent action in the form of small and medium sized businesses. Attention is focused on improving the social orientation of the development of companies. The reasons and obstacles of the middle class in Ukrainian society. Directions of the middle class in the conditions of formation of long-term strategies for the social security of Ukraine, which should be aimed at reducing the real level of unemployment, increased economic activity and mobility, increasing its revenue, welfare, ie improving social protection, to enhance the social security of the state.
