Сутність і класифікація наукових економічних інтересів

Abstract

Розглянуто сутність понять «національні інтереси», «економічні інтереси» та «національні економічні інтереси». Розглядаючи національні інтереси, виокремлено два цільові підходи: загальноціннісний, до якого належить безпека, стабільність, демократія, справедливість, свобода, процвітання, мир тощо, та функціональний – захист державного суверенітету, територіальної цілісності, розвиток та модернізація національної економіки, зростання добробуту та багатства нації та інші. Визначено, що виразником і гарантом захисту національних економічних інтересів має бути держава, а національні економічні інтереси мають бути пріоритетним над іншими інтересами, оскільки саме вони забезпечують ефективний, стабільний та соціально-економічний розвиток країни. The article deals with the essence of the concept of «national interest», «economic interests» and «national economic interest». It was found that between national economic interests and economic security of the state, there is a close relationship, the essence of which is the priority of national interests in the creation of economic security. At the same time ensuring the economic security of the state is a national interest as security and implementation of the priority needs of the individual, society and the state – a necessary prerequisite for the capacity of the country, which is indispensable to the objectives of the second order considering national interests are allocated two targeted approaches general values, which include security, stability, democracy, justice, freedom, prosperity, peace, etc., and functional – the protection of state sovereignty, territorial integrity, development and modernization of the national economy, the welfare and prosperity of the nation and others. The structure of national interests can be represented as a model that consists of economic, political, social, environmental, scientific, technical, ethical, cultural, components and systems and general state component. Economic interests in the structure of national interests – is an economic component, which, in turn, consists of a set interest entities (domestic companies) in the diversity of their networks. We prove that the implementation of all components of the national interest is not possible without a solid economic platform that is formed through the prism of economic interests. The protection of national interests should be state and national, economic interests should be a priority over all other interests, as they provide an efficient, stable and socio-economic development.
