Abstract

Висвітлено питання історії виникнення та сучасного стану покарання у виді позбавлення військового, спеціального звання, рангу, чину або кваліфікаційного класу. Проаналізовано зміст такого виду кримінального покарання, як позбавлення військового, спеціального звання, рангу, чину або кваліфікаційного класу. Розглянуто кримінально-правову характеристику та сучасний стан покарання у виді позбавлення військового, спеціального звання, рангу, чину або кваліфікаційного класу.
