Abstract

Здійснено дослідження процесу формування механізму управління безпековою діяльністю інноваційно-активних підприємств. Обґрунтовано важливість застосування моделі функціонального моделювання та графічного опису процесів (IDEF0) для формування механізму управління безпековою діяльністю інноваційно-активних підприємств. Сформовано ієрархію блоків функціональної моделі IDEF0 механізму управління безпековою діяльністю інноваційно-активних підприємств. Запропоновано декомпозиції першого рівня контекстної діаграми моделі IDEF0 формування механізму управління безпековою діяльністю інноваційно-активних підприємств. The process of forming a mechanism for managing the safe activities of innovatively active enterprises is iterative, which primarily means that it is characterized by a high level of flexibility and variability under the influence of external and internal factors, which leads to a constant assessment of results. Taking this into account, the choice of the methodology of functional modeling and graphical description of processes (IDEF0) for the formation of the above-mentioned mechanism is the most optimal way of forming a system for managing the safe activities of innovatively active enterprises. The importance of using the functional modeling model and graphical description of processes (IDEF0) for the formation of a mechanism for managing the safe activities of innovatively active enterprises has been substantiated. A hierarchy of blocks of the IDEF0 functional model of the mechanism for managing the safe activities of innovatively active enterprises has been formed. The decomposition of the frst level of the context diagram of the IDEF0 model of the formation of a mechanism for managing the safe activities of innovatively active enterprises is proposed. In today's realities of doing business, it is difcult to always divide management activities into clear and consistent stages. It often happens that a large number of stages of the presented model can occur in parallel. In addition, not always the frst application of the presented model in a real enterprise can bring one hundred percent results.
