Abstract

Проведено дослідження основних шляхів розвитку зеленої економіки в контексті забезпечення захисту навколишнього середовища. Визначено, що. концепція зеленої економіки повинна включає в себе ідеї багатьох областей економічної науки, філософії та екології, таких як економіка навколишнього середовища, постмодернізм, ресурсоорієнтована економіка, економіка навколишнього середовища, антиспоживацтво, антиглобалізм, зелений анархізм, зелена політика, теорія міжнародних відносин та ін. Виділено основні етапи розвитку зеленої економіки в контексті забезпечення захисту навколишнього середовища. Доведено, що зелена економіка означає сприяння економічному зростанню і розвитку, при якому природні активи продовжують забезпечувати ресурси та екологічні послуги. Охарактеризовано, що зелена економіка забезпечує практичний та гнучкий підхід до досягнення конкретного, вимірного прогресу за всіма її економічним та екологічним принципам, в той же час повністю беручи до уваги соціальні наслідки екологізації динаміки економічного зростання. The concept of a green economy is based on the assumption that economic and environmental policies can stimulate a green economy and improve carbon, energy and material efficiency, while conserving natural assets and improving the quality of life of people. A green economy means fostering economic growth and development while ensuring the conservation of natural assets and an uninterrupted supply of the resources and ecosystem services on which our wellbeing depends. This requires stimulating investment and innovation that will underpin sustainable growth and create new economic opportunities. A study of the main ways of developing a green economy in the context of ensuring environmental protection was carried out. It is determined that. the concept of a green economy should include ideas from many areas of economic science, philosophy and ecology, such as environmental economics, postmodernism, resource-based economy, environmental economics, anti-consumerism, anti-globalism, green anarchism, green politics, theory of international relations, etc. The main stages of development of a green economy in the context of ensuring environmental protection are highlighted. A green economy has been proven to mean promoting economic growth and development in whichnatural assets continue to provide resources and environmental services. It is characterized that the green economy provides a practical and flexible approach to achieving concrete, measurable progress in all its economic and environmental principles, while fully considering the social consequences of greening the dynamics of economic growth.
