Феноменологія символу у мандалотерапії: теоретико-прикладний аспект

Abstract

У статті запропоновано ґрунтовну характеристику ролі та особливостей роботи із символами у психоконсультативній та психотерапевтичній практиці. Розкрито особливості трактування символів у психоаналітичному та арт-терапевтичному підходах (зокрема, мандалотерапії). Задля розкриття глибинної сутності символів використано метод малювання мандал з інтерпретацією структурних складових частин кожного малюнка. За результатами дослідження, проведеного під час пандемії коронавірусу Covid-19, визначено основні критерії опису символів мандал (центральний символ, додаткові символи, колір та розмір) та виокремлено такі групи символів, як стихії (вогонь, вода (водойми), земля, небо); об’єкти неживої природи; пори року; люди; дерева, рослини та їх частини; небесні об’єкти; живі створіння; графічні геометричні фігури. Аналіз отриманих малюнків мандал доводить, що домінуючими символами є дерева, рослини та їх частини, графічні та геометричні фігури та стихії. Рідко на малюнках можна зустріти зображення людей та пір року. Центральним символом більшості мандал є дерева, квіти й стихії. Аналізуючи зміст і смислове навантаження домінуючих та центральних символів мандал, зазначимо, що переважання символів живої природи, квітів, дерев вказує на життєздатність, циклічність, образ світу, взаємозв’язок та взаємовплив усіх життєвих процесів, життєві настанови та спрямування, роздуми про життя й смерть та циклічність життя. Аналіз та інтерпретація домінуючих символів мандал вказує на загострення екзистенційних переживань, усвідомлення життєвих процесів, прагнення наблизитися до природи. Сукупність вищенаведених домінуючих груп символів є свідченням низки ціннісних, світоглядних та емоційно-почуттєвих відношень досліджуваних до подій, що наявні в актуальній життєвій ситуації, пов’язаній із пандемією. The article offers a thorough description of the role and features of working with symbols in psycho-counseling and psychotherapeutic practice. The peculiarities of the interpretation of symbols in psychoanalytic and art-therapeutic approaches (in particular mandalatherapy) are revealed. In order to reveal the deep essence of the symbols, the method of drawing mandalas with the interpretation of the structural components of each drawing was used. According to the results of a study conducted during the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, the main criteria in the description of mandala symbols (central symbol, additional symbols, color and size) were identifed and the following groups of symbols were identifed: elements (fre, water (water), earth, sky); inanimate objects; season; people; trees, plants and their parts; celestial objects; living creatures; graphic geometric shapes. The analysis of the held drawings of mandalas proves that the dominant symbols are trees, plants and their parts, graphic and geometric fgures and elements. Rarely in the pictures you can fnd images of people and seasons. The central symbol of most mandalas is trees, flowers and the elements. Analyzing the content and semantic load of the dominant and central symbols of mandalas, we note that the predominance of wildlife symbols, flowers, and trees indicates viability, cyclist, and image of the world, the relationship and interaction of all life processes, vitality, reflection on life and death and cyclical life. . The presence of dominant symbols indicates the exacerbation of existential experiences, awareness of life processes, and the desire to get closer to nature. The combination of the above dominant groups of symbols is evidence of a number of values, worldviews and emotional attitudes of the subjects to the events taking place in the current life situation associated with the pandemic.
