Теоретичні основи холістичного управління економічною безпекою підприємства

Abstract

Холізм як основа холістичного управління має глибокі історичні корені. Поруч з осучасненням холістичний підхід зберіг пріоритетність цілісного сприйняття усіх внутрішніх процесів, які характерні для певної системи, та впливу зовнішнього середовища. Виявлено, що холістичний підхід набув певного поширення в маркетингу, де орієнтований на аналіз усіх складників ланцюга вартості з оцінюванням впливу на споживачів та контрагентів. Доведено, що високий рівень невизначеності в умовах функціонування українських підприємств знижує ефективність застосування традиційних підходів, що формує основу для більш активного застосування холістичного управління. Охарактеризовано ключові аспекти холістичного управління економічною безпекою підприємства. Визначено пріоритетні здібності, якими повинні володіти суб’єкти безпеки для цілісного сприйняття усіх змін у системі. Розглянуто основні етапи розроблення та застосування системи холістичного управління економічною безпекою підприємства. Окреслено найважливіші цілі вдосконалення управління економічною безпекою підприємства. Holism as the basis of holistic management has deep historical roots. Along with modernization, the holistic approach has maintained the priority of a holistic perception of all internal processes that are characteristic of a particular system, and the impact of the external environment. Modern holism focuses on the ability to grasp the content of integrity through the study of its components, the identifcation of connections and the possibility of acquiring new properties that are not characteristic of any of the elements. It was found that the holistic approach has become somewhat widespread in marketing, where it focuses on the analysis of all components of the value chain with the assessment of the impact on consumers and contractors. It is proved that a high level of uncertainty in the conditions of functioning of Ukrainian enterprises reduces the effectiveness of traditional approaches, which forms the basis for more active use of holistic management. This type of management involves the perception of the enterprise as a whole, the existence of which depends on each component, so the participants in the security process, in accordance with certain functions, are employees, management and owners. To form the theoretical foundations of holistic management of economic security of the enterprise used methods: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization – in the study of the essential characteristics of the terms «holism” and «holistic management”; synthesis and analysis – for the formation of theoretical provisions for the use of a holistic approach in the process of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise; morphological analysis - to clarify the content of the purpose, subjects, objects, functions and goals of holistic management of economic security of the enterprise; abstractlogical – for theoretical generalizations and conclusions of the study. The key aspects of holistic management of economic security of the enterprise are described. It is proved that holistic management allows to take into account the influence of macro-environmental factors (economic, technical-technological, political, social, cultural, environmental, military, etc.) and micro-environment (related to suppliers, competitors, buyers, intermediaries, community representatives and authorities local authorities). The priority abilities which security subjects should possess for integral perception of all changes in system are defned . The main stages of development and application of the system of holistic management of economic security of the enterprise are considered. The most important goals in improving the management of economic security of the enterprise are outlined.
