Формування стратегії безпеки організації: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 073 «Менеджмент»

Abstract

У першому розділі здійснено теоретичний аналіз поняття безпека та стратегія безпеки організації. Узагальнено підходи до формування стратегії безпеки організації, виокремлено найбільш прийнятні стратегії безпеки із врахуванням сучасних економічних реалій. Другий розділ передбачає аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності товариства. Здійснено характеристику ТОВ «Львівська пивна компанія». Описано структуру управління та здійснено аналіз зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища підприємства. Реалізовано фінансовий аналіз товариства, здійснено його безпековий аналіз та виокремлено основні загрози для товариства. Ґрунтуючись на результатах дослідження розроблено основні засади формування стратегії безпеки товариства та запропоновано розробити заходи для її успішного втілення. The first thesis section provides a theoretical analysis of the concept of security and the security strategy of the organization. The approaches to the formation of the security strategy of the organization wre generalized; the most acceptable security strategies were singled out taking into account modern economic realities. The second thesis section provides an analysis of the financial and economic activities of the company. The description of Lviv Beer Company LLC has been3 made. The management structure was described and the analysis of the external and internal environment of the enterprise is carried out. The financial analysis of the company was implemented, its security analysis was carried out and the main threats to the company were identified. Based on the results of the study, the basic principles of forming the security strategy of the company were developed and it is proposed to develop measures for its successful implementation.
