Формування кадрової політики підприємства: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 073 «Менеджмент»

Abstract

У першому розділі проведено теоретичне дослідження сутності кадрової політики та впливу мотиваційних чинників на ефективність управлінського менеджменту, охарактеризовано інструменти та механізми управління кадрами на підприємстві. У другому розділі досліджено особливості формування кадрової політики підприємства, проаналізовано господарську діяльність підприємства та досліджено мотивацію персоналу в умовах кадрової політики, запропоновано шляхи удосконалення кадрової політики підприємства. На основі опрацювання теоретичних та практичних матеріалів зроблені відповідні висновки та обґрунтовано конкретні пропозиції. The first section conducts a theoretical study of the essence of personnel policy and the impact of motivational factors on the effectiveness of management management, describes the tools and mechanisms of personnel management in the enterprise. In the second section the peculiarities of the personnel policy of the enterprise are investigated, the economic activity of the enterprise is analyzed and the motivation of the personnel in the conditions of the personnel policy is investigated, the ways of improvement of the personnel policy of the enterprise are offered. On the basis of elaboration of theoretical and practical materials the corresponding conclusions are made and concrete offers are substantiated.
