Abstract

Розглянуто проблему захисту свободи, незалежності і суверенітету держави в філософських, політико-правових концепціях великого німецького філософа Г. В. Ф. Гегеля. Німецький мислитель дав глибокий аналіз ролі і місця держави в розвитку і функціонуванні суспільства. Він один із перших акцентував увагу на необхідності захищати державу її свободу, незалежність і суверенітет від агресії. У цьому аспекті розкрив роль, значення народу і армії в захисті своєї держави.
