Abstract

Розглянуто підходи до проведення змін, особливості формування організацій в умовах змін, форми і методи проведення змін. Проаналізовано особливості проведення змін стосовно функціональних блоків, застосування теорії та методології проведення змін. Досліджено моделі та методи змін та технологій управління, обґрунтовано процес управління змінами на основі сучасних інформаційних технологій. This article considers approaches, forms and methods of change-making, and the peculiarities of forming organizations in conditions of changes. The article analyzes peculiarities of making changes in regard to functional blocks, the application of the theory and methodology for change-making. The models and methods of changes and management technology are examined, as well as the process of change management based on modern information technology is substantiated.
