Структурно-інституційні зміни в економіці регіону: аналіз та напрями коригування

Abstract

Проведено економіко-статистичну оцінку структурних процесів економіці та промисловості Чернівецької області за період з 2006 по 2013 рік. Виявлено основні тенденції структурних змін та на цій основі проведено прогнозну оцінку тенденцій розвитку окремих видів економічної та промислової діяльності на період до 2016 року (за показником структури валової доданої вартості). Надано практичні рекомендації щодо вибору пріоритетних видів економічної діяльності, структурної корекції, а також формування та реалізації заходів регіональної структурної політики в області, як невід’ємної складової державної регіональної політики. Economic and statistical evaluation of structural processes economy Chernivtsi region for the period from 2006 to 2013 carried out. Major trends of structural changes identified and on this basis the predictive assessment of trends in the development of certain types of economic activity for the period up to 2016 conducted. Based on the analysis of the integral coefficients of structural changes on the main indicators of economic development field intensity of structural change and the contribution of different types of economic activity identified with the identification of the causes and consequences of such changes, which will be further changes in the economic development of the Chernivtsi region. Practical recommendations for the selection of priority economic activities, structural correction, as well as the formation and implementation of regional structural policy as an integral part of regional policy are given.
