Формування механізму управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства

Abstract

досягнення фінансових інтересів в умовах певного підприємства потребує формування відповідних безпечних умов здійснення фінансово-господарської діяльності. безпечність фінансової сфери досягається шляхом створення системи управління фінансовою безпекою, в складі якої основним елементом є механізм управління. запозичення іноземного досвіду формування такого механізму є неможливим внаслідок суттєво відмінних умов ведення бізнесу, доцільною є лише часткова адаптація із врахуванням уже набутого досвіду українськими підприємцями. Механізм управління розглядається як певна система, яка складається із визначеної сукупності взаємопов’язаних елементів та передбачає здійснення дій для досягнення фінансових інтересів шляхом своєчасного зменшення фінансових ризиків та протидії зовнішнім та внутрішнім загрозам. Achieving financial interests in the conditions of a particular enterprise requires the formation of appropriate safe conditions for the implementation of financial and economic activities. financial security involves reducing financial risks and timely recognition and countering internal and external threats. Achieving the required level of financial security is possible by creating a financial security management system, in which the main element is the management mechanism. borrowing foreign experience in the formation of such a mechanism is impossible due to significantly different business conditions, only partial adaptation is advisable, taking into account the experience already gained by ukrainian entrepreneurs. ukrainian scientists have formed an initial methodological basis for creating such mechanisms in terms of entrepreneurial structures, but their approaches are characterized by signifcant differences, which makes it difficult to apply in practice. it is about the simultaneous interpretation of the control mechanism as a set of interrelated elements and a sequence of actions of security subjects in relation to objects. it is proved that the combination of these two basic approaches is optimal through the interpretation of the management mechanism as a certain system, which consists of a certain set of interrelated elements, and provides for the implementation of actions to achieve financial interests by timely reducing fnancial risks and countering external and internal threats. the basic elements of such a system can be considered the subjects and objects of safety, goals and objectives, basic principles and functions, tools, methods and levers. the combination of these elements requires a targeted formation the mechanism of management of financial security, taking into account both the basic principles of business safety and the specifcs of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise. the duration of each stage largely depends on the scale of the enterprise’s activities and the understanding of the owners and top managers of the need to create a reliable system for protecting the financial sphere of this business entity. no less important is the fact of readiness to make the necessary changes in the accounting and analytical system of enterprise management, partially reorienting it to perform tasks in the feld of financial security, in particular by providing the necessary data on the probability of occurrence and the level of negative impact of external and internal threats to the enterprise’s financial security.
