Дослідження викликів, ризиків, загроз та небезпеки в системі забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства

Abstract

Дослідження понятійно-категоріального апарату забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємств включало в собі такі поняття, як «виклик», «ризик», «загроза», «небезпека» та «дестабілізуючий чинник». У результаті проведених досліджень визначено місце кожного з них і запропоновано власне бачення щодо їхньої сутності. Встановлено, що під загрозою фінансовій безпеці підприємства слід розуміти такий вплив дестабілізуючих чинників на його фінансовий стан, який може призвести до потенційних або реальних збитків. Ураховуючи етапи життєвого циклу підприємства, сформовано процес інтенсифікації загроз протягом даного циклу. Ключовим у процесі забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства є момент, коли загрози здійснюють суттєвий вплив на фінансову сферу, оскільки це може призвести до фатальних наслідків. It is impossible to talk about security without such concepts, which became the foundation for the formation of such a science as securitology. These concepts include: «challenge»; «risk»; «threat»; «danger» and «destabilizing factor». All these concepts make it possible better characterize the essence of the process of ensuring security at the enterprise, since without counteracting precisely these phenomena, it is impossible to achieve a high level of security. Financial security is also characterized by a «clash» with the phenomena listed above, and therefore each of the concepts should be considered in more detail. The purpose of the study is to analyze key concepts of the conceptual-categorical apparatus of financial security of the enterprise and to determine their place in the process of ensuring financial security of the enterprise. The study of the conceptual and categorical apparatus for ensuring the financial security of enterprises included such concepts as «challenge», «risk», «threat», «danger» and «destabilizing factor». As a result of the research, the place of each of them was determined and their own vision of their essence was proposed. Taking into account the stages of the life cycle of the enterprise, the process of intensifying threats during this cycle has been formed. Since its inception, any socio-economic system is faced with a large number of challenges that can progress without a proper response, turn into risks and threats in the financial sphere. In our opinion, it is the moment when exter nal and internal threats begin to significantly affect the financial sphere, we can talk about the stage of a recession of an enterprise in all components of economic security. The process of intensifying threats can take a long period of time and without counteraction or adaptation, the company will not be able to ensure financial security and, as a result, the liquidation stage will begin. Ensuring the financial security of the enterprise is a very complex, multi-level process that must promptly identify and respond to every challenge, risk or threat, in order to prevent the onset of danger and the formation of a financial crisis. To do this, it is not enough to apply traditional management methods; a mechanism should be developed to ensure the financial security of the enterprise, which will include the most specialized tools and be based on relevant principles.
